Hello!  Thanks for taking to time to visit.  My name is Angela, and I love food.  I love reading food blogs and food magazines and coming up with recipes on my own. I love buying food, I love being in the kitchen with the music on, chopping vegetables and preparing meals. Most of all, I love eating food.  This blog was born out of a desire to share my love of food,  recipes I’ve tried and enjoyed, places I’ve eaten, and finds I’ve found with as many people as possible.

Although this blog is called “Tuesdays with Angela,” I’m not limiting my posts to just covering Tuesday night dinners.  Tuesday is the day of friends, food, and Lost-viewing dinner parties, and Tuesday dinner is the meal I probably most look forward to cooking each week.   It’s also the night this blog was born!

Hi Angela….thanks for the quinoa recipe…the first time I had it was in Colorado where my niece lives…she is married to a guy from Columbia and they often cook with whole grains, veggies, etc.

I also forwarded your blog to another niece in Florida who is vegetarian…she was thrilled with the recipes.

Keep writing!

Hi Angela, I don’t have a lot of time to cook or go online but some of your recipes were already on my to-do list(pretzel bread) so I am happy to read about it. Also someone made fun of my wedding gift of a cookbook and I guess I can see why, but I am glad to know you like to cook.

Hi Molly!

I love to cook, and a cookbook is one of the best gifts! I read them like novels. 🙂

I too, am crazy about reading food magazines and blogs. Love that Tuesday is your favorite day for dinner. That sounds fun to cook a big tasty meal every Tuesday. 🙂
